Tomatoes and peppers omelet
Instructions
Clean the peppers, cut into strips the pulp, these strips in a pan with a tablespoon of butter.
Pass through a sieve the tomatoes, Cook what obtained in pan with two tablespoons of butter and a pinch of salt.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, combine garlic and a handful of chopped parsley, a pinch of salt, a pepper, add the tomato pulp, last the peppers; stir well to distribute the ingredients, pour into the Pan in more hot butter; formed and cook the omelette, passing it from both sides.
