Apple pancakes
Instructions
Peel the apples, take out the core, cut into 1 cm thick slices, impregnatele with lemon juice and rum and sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon.
Put the slices of Apple in a sweet pulp at 170 degrees and FRY in plenty of boiling fat until they become golden brown.
Let them drain and sprinkle powdered sugar icing.
Hopefully you can serve pancakes garnishing them with apricot jam or with fruit sauce.

- 2 sour apples
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- 30 g of crystalline sugar
- 1 == Pto Cinnamon
- Sweet grease
- Vanilla icing sugar
