Beet pancakes
Instructions
Peel the beets, then cut it into slices 1 cm thick.
Line them up on a cutting board, and Curried with the clove of garlic peeled and season with salt and pepper.
1 In a bowl whisk the egg, and then dilute it with 2 tablespoons milk.
Pass the beet slices in 1 layer of flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs.
FRY in 1 pan with hot oil and serve hot.

- 1 great beet
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 clove of garlic
- Abundant of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
