Oriental potato pancakes
Instructions
Boil the potatoes, Peel, mash and knead them with chopped onions, garlic, soy sauce and ginger.
Do with the dough a certain number of balls, appiattitele with your fingers and sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Put them in flour and FRY until golden will be.
Drain and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of potatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove of squeezed garlic
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger root
- 1 tablespoon of soy
- Sesame seeds
- Flour
- Frying oil
