Ricotta and nutella pancakes
Instructions
Put the ricotta in a bowl and knead dough.
Add the crumb you'll have before dipped in milk, sugar, Nutella and two egg yolks.
Stir.
Take half-spoonfuls of this mixture and put them in beaten egg and then in the flour: fry them in boiling oil.
Serve sprinkle with powdered sugar.

- 200 g of ricotta
- 40 g of breadcrumbs
- 40 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- Milk
- 4 tablespoons of nutella
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Icing sugar
