Saffron pancakes
Instructions
Dissolve saffron in half a glass of warm water and do the same with the yeast.
With the two liquids diluted the flour, add the diced mozzarella, a pinch of salt.
The mixture should be smooth (if necessary add a little water).
Let it sit for about an hour.
In a pan heat plenty of oil and fairies with a tbsp pour some batter at a time.
When the pancakes are well browned, remove, appoggiatele on a paper towel and then arrange on a serving dish.
Serve well-heated
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of flour
- 45 g of brewer's yeast
- 1 sachet of saffron
- Mozzarella
- Salt
- Olive oil
