Fried Cheese (Frittura di Formaggio)
Instructions
On a work surface, cut into cubes not too big cheese, pour in beaten eggs, let them roll it in breadcrumbs and FRY in hot oil for a few minutes until sautee.
Then, put them on sheets of blotting paper, transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately hot, crisp and racy.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of caciocavallo cheese
- 100 g of roccapontina cheese
- 100 g of galbani cheese
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
