The refined mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms, depriving them of the earthy side of steams, rubbed with a nettateli brush and then with a damp cloth and cut them sliced thinly lengthwise.
After that, put oil and butter in a saucepan and let it warm up; before the two condiments come to fry, add the finely chopped garlic cloves and fry them, without taking their color.
Put the mushrooms in a saucepan, let them stand for 5-6 minutes on moderate heat, then wet your hair with the marsala wine, add the sprig garnish, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, close the pot and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and add a little warm water if foreign object damage to dry too.
