Fusilli with Bacon (2)
Instructions
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan and add 1 Bacon, chopped beforehand.
Let stand for 5 minutes, then add 1 small ground pepper and 3 tablespoons of broth.
Stir briskly in the sauce the pasta al dente, drained combine the parmesan and let flavour all together for a few seconds, stirring with wooden spoon 1 and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta fusilli
- 200 g of speck
- 60 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of broth
- Salt
- Minced 1 of pepper
