Hen in pink sauce
Instructions
Saute in butter the hen cut into pieces.
Add the white wine, milk and tomatoes that were passed to the knitting mill.
Add salt and pepper liberally.
Cover the Pan and cook on moderate fire for an hour and a half.
At the end you will be a tasty and creamy pink sauce that, besides having a delicious flavor, it is also very decorative.
Served on the serving dish la gallina well covered in this sauce.
Accompanied with boiled rice or rice pilaf.
