Prepare the cream by blending coconut milk until you have a fairly thick cream.
Saute the shrimp after taking them out from the shell, in plenty of onion and parsley.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the tomatoes and Bay leaves and let stand for 10 minutes.
Add the Coconut cream and allow to restrict everything until you get a creamy dense enough.
Remove bay leaf and serve at the table.
