Prawns in brandy
Instructions
Wash and dry shrimp well.
In a Pan fry the whole garlic cloves 5 tablespoons oil, add the brandy and, soon, the previously meat concentrate dissolved in a cup of water.
Add the lemon juice and place in the prepared shrimp seasoning.
Let them stand for a few minutes, sprinkle them with a little pepper and parsley stripped of stems and finely chopped.
Turn the shrimp and serve sprinkled with their cooking.

- 800 g of shrimp in their shells
- 1 dram of brandy
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of meat concentrate
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Olive oil
- Pepper
