Pasta with yoghurt
Instructions
Saute garlic in oil, add the tomatoes, cream, yoghurt, nut and Mint.
Simmer gently for 5 minutes, then add the oregano and continue cooking for 10 minutes partly covered.
Boil the pasta, serve with sauce and grated cheese and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of type pasta fusilli
- 400 g of tomato paste
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 3 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 leaves of mint
- 1 tablespoon of dry oregano
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 30 g of parmigiano
