Instructions
Roast the peppers flame and peel them, then cut the CAP and remove the seeds.
FRY in oil the bread cubes, drain them and put them in a bowl; Add the chopped anchovies, pitted and chopped olives, capers, oregano, chopped garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir the mixture and spread over peppers; put them in a baking dish, oil and bake at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.

- 100 g of stale bread cubes
- 30 g of salted anchovy fillets
- 30 g of black olives
- 4 peppers
- 1 tablespoon of salted capers
- Oregano
- Chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 10 cl of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
