Grilled pigeon
Instructions
Cut in half the pigeons cleaned, washed and dried.
Let them marinate for a few hours in a bowl with the salt, chopped parsley, lemon juice, some peppercorns and olive oil.
Drain them, place on the grill of the oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook for 45 minutes voltandoli frequently and brushing with the marinade.
Serve with baked potatoes.
