Instructions
Fry the finely chopped onion, add the rice and cook like a risotto, adding the way the vegetable broth and seasoning salt.
Meanwhile, blend in the mixer the zucchini with chopped vegetables and ground white pepper.
Halfway through the cooking of the rice, add the cream of vegetables.
Brought to baking, stir in Parmesan and butter and serve.

- 50 cl of vegetable broth

- 4 tablespoons of chopped basil
