Pea soup, potato and bacon
Instructions
In a Pan fry the crushed garlic, bacon cut into chunks and olive oil extra virgin.
When the bacon is golden, add the potatoes, peeled and sliced, peas, and cover with the broth.
Cook until some potatoes will be cooked.
Served with olive oil extra-virgin, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, freshly ground pepper and Croutons.
