Potato gnocchi with tomato crudo
Instructions
Wash the tomatoes, remove seeds, cut into pieces, put them in a bowl and toss with plenty of fresh basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cook the gnocchi in salted water, pour in a bowl, stir them well and serve.

- 500 g of ripe tomatoes
