Big beef meatball
Instructions
Wash the parsley, carrot and celery and chop finely with the ham; put the mixture into a bowl and add the Parmesan, eggs, and milk; season with salt and pepper.
Wrap the mixture in a sheet of aluminum foil double rolling to put a big salami, tie around with twine.
Insert the cold in a wide saucepan, add the white wine and half a litre of water.
Put the pot on the fire and when the water will boil, close the lid.
Let Cook for about an hour; turn off the heat and allow to cool in pan.
Serve cold, cut into slices.

- 1000 g of minced beef
- 200 g of ham
- 200 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 glass dry white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
