Burgers with tomato sauce
Instructions
To rehydrate the granules in water flavoured.
Go to the meat grinder the granules with the flesh.
Knead, adding salt, pepper and breadcrumbs.
Form of burgers and cook in a little oil and butter.
When you are ready, cover them with a sauce made by FRY in the oil before the parsley and garlic, then the tomatoes, salt and pepper.
The sauce thickens in circa 20 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of soya granules
- 100 g of meat chopped
- 200 g of peeled tomatoes
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Breadcrumbs soaked in milk
