Crushed into small pieces tomatoes, minced onion and parsley and impastali along with the minced meat, egg, salt and a little pepper.
Make two flat balls and wrap each in aluminum foil on which you have smeared the butter.
Let Cook under the ashes for 6-7 minutes.
