Chop the meat well.
Peel the garlic and rub a clove inside the bowl.
Put the meat, add the cloves of whole garlic, so that you can remove the last, add salt, pepper and seasoned with plenty of oil.
Mix well and keep in a cool, covered, for an hour.
Wet before serving with lemon juice, remove the garlic and once mixed.
