Olive salad
Instructions
Rattle off the olives and put them in a salad bowl.
Slice the celery and add to the olives.
Mince the garlic with chili.
Vinegar, salt and emulsify oil and add the chopped.
Dress the salad with the sauce, a sprinkling of oregano and fennel seeds, mix well and serve.

- 400 g of green olives
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 chili
- Oregano powder
- Fennel seeds
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
