Potato salad with peppers
Instructions
Cook the potatoes in their skins, Peel, cut into slices while they are still hot.
Mix whipping with the whip the yogurt, the Blanc battu, the lemon juice, marjoram, mustard, salt and pepper to make a sauce.
Cut the pepper into cubes and cutting potatoes by combining all the sauce.
Sprinkle with parsley and chives.
Garnish with sliced tomato.
