Turkey salad
Instructions
Cut the topside previously boiled, tomato, cheese, gherkins and the pepper into strips, chopped garlic and parsley.
Put everything into a bowl, add salt, pepper, seasoned with olive oil, stir, and keep in the refrigerator a few hours before serving.

- 250 g of boiled turkey breast
- 100 g of caciotta cheese
- 1 tomato
- 6 pickles
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- 1 pickled pepper
