Turkey rolls with sesame
Instructions
Crush the slices of Turkey with meat tenderizer.
Cut into rectangles, not too big and put them on the countertop.
Toast sesame seeds in a small frying pan, toss.
Add grated cheese and season with pepper.
Salt the slices of Turkey and spolveratele with the cheese mixture and sesame.
Roll them up and infilzatele with toothpicks to secure.
FRY in hot oil rolls after they have been floured lightly.
Puree in a pan where you have heated the soup, taking care to remove the toothpicks.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve on a serving dish.

- 400 g of sliced turkey breast
- 4 tablespoons of grated emmenthal cheese
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
