Attupateddi with broccoli incaciati
Instructions
Boil the broccoli; in the same water Cook the thimbles; in a Pan fry the raisins, pine nuts, onion and the clove of garlic; add already boiled broccoli, anchovies and the cooking liquid.
Bake the bread crumbs with salt.
Dorarlo.
Handle the dough in the Pan, pour into the pot, add the breadcrumbs and finish with Basil oil.
Sprinkle with chopped cheese caciocavallo toscano.

- 1 broccoli
- 20 g of sultanas
- 20 g of pine nuts
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 20 g of basil
- 5 g of anchovies
- 20 g of breadcrumbs
- 30 g of caciocavallo cheese tuscany
- Olive oil
- Salt
