Pork loin with dried fruit
Instructions
Soak the dried fruit in brandy and water, drain and toss in pan with sauce.
After 10 minutes, place the meat and season with salt and pepper.
In an ovenproof dish alternating layers of meat and fruit and bake for 10 minutes.
Add water if you dry.

- 6 slices of pork loin
- 150 g of prunes
- 150 g of dried apricots
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Butter
- Cognac
- Salt
- Pepper
