Pike in sauce
Instructions
Sauce: Prepare chopped with capers, peppers, parsley, onion and garlic.
In a pan to focus on abundant oil with clean salt anchovies and fish bones and reheat well, without boiling, until the anchovies have dissolved in the oil.
Now add the chopped all the other ingredients, some pepper, salt and vinegar.
Allow to boil the whole thing much, adagio, for about 10 minutes.
Pike: Boil the Pike in the water with all the ingredients.
Once cooked, pulping and distribute it to pieces on a serving dish.
On Pike pours the sauce so that it covers all the fish well.
Let stand 12 hours and serve, preferably with slices of grilled polenta.
