Tomato soup
Instructions
Browned in olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, sliced onions, parsley and cover with water.
Cook the pasta.
10 minutes before serving, add to the sauce, pasta and the parsley.
Served sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.

- 6 tomatoes
- 100 g of type pasta pasta
- Parsley
- 3 onions
- Parmigiano
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
