Rice and lettuce soup
Instructions
Bring to a boil saltwater cl 200, then the lettuce leaves cut into strips and cook for 20 minutes.
Drain the lettuce without throwing the water.
Saute the garlic in the oil, just has to take it off and add the rice and lettuce.
To taste and add the cooking water of the lettuce and the nut.
Bring to boiling and serve with Parmesan cheese.

- 250 g of rice
- 400 g of lettuce salad
- 1 nut
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
