Instructions
Saute with onion and diced pumpkin oil.
Add salt, pepper, cover with the broth and cook until the pumpkin will defeat and partly dried broth.
Combine grated nutmeg, milk, salt and pepper.
Serve with croutons and Parmesan cheese.

- 1 chopped onion
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 500 g of pumpkin
