Instructions
Beat the butter and add 70 g of Parmesan, salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
Add an egg and a tablespoon of bread crumbs; continuing to slam the other eggs and the other 3 tablespoons bread crumbs.
Make balls the size of walnuts and put in boiling broth for a few minutes.
Serve with grated Parmesan.
