Rustic minestrone
Instructions
Clean the vegetables and cut them into chunks.
Chop celery and onions and cut into squares the bacon.
FRY in oil in a pot the onion and celery, then add the bacon.
After a few minutes add the prepared vegetables, pour the broth, check the salt and simmer for 40 minutes.
Then add the hands and when cooked, perfumed with Basil and parsley.
To taste serve with grated Parmesan.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of hands type pasta
- 1 carrot
- 1 average potato
- 1 courgette
- 50 g of shelled beans
- 50 g of shelled peas
- 50 g of green beans
- 50 g of bacon
- == 1 small onion
- 1 costa of celery
- 150 cl of vegetable broth
- 1 sprig of basil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmigiano
