Instructions
Clean and wash the artichokes, keep them in salted water with a bit of lemon.
Clean the fennel, cut into strips.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, and let them marinate in lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil.
Put the fennel in a large bowl, place the round artichoke leaves, place the mushrooms.
Chop a large tuft of parsley, dilute with oil, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and stir until serving.

- 1 faggot
- 150 g of cultivated mushrooms
- Lemon juice
- 1 sprig of parsley
