Instructions
Boil the potatoes in their skins, spellatele and cut them into wedges.
Boil the sugar snap peas.
Baked roasted whole, Peel peppers, slice wide-brimmed.
Collect all in a salad bowl.
Seasoned with oil and salt, add the goat cheese, cut into rings.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper, stir gently, then serve.
