Instructions
Beef meat, sausage and pasta mortadella must be minced liver.
Peel and mince the garlic.
You soften the breadcrumbs in the milk, then wring it out well.
In a bowl put the beef, liver mortadella and pasta sausage, breadcrumbs, eggs, parmesan cheese and garlic.
Season with a pinch of grated nutmeg, salt and pepper and stir well to mix well all ingredients.
Cut eight meatballs and give them a slightly oval shape.
Pass the Meatballs in breadcrumbs and shake them gently to remove excess.
In a non-stick pan you heat a little oil or butter and the saucepan gently turning up to find elsewhere when they took a nice golden color.
Serve immediately.
I find elsewhere is a milanese specialities which, in its original version, also involves the use of cabbage.
In this case, scalded in boiling salted water eight leaves of versa, then drain and dry.

Decorate with a little white wine, put the lid on and simmer again for twenty minutes, then serve.
Suggested wine: Nebbiolo d'Alba.

- 200 g of sausage pasta
- 120 g of liver mortadella
- 600 g of beef pulp
