Instructions
Cut into slices clean fish, then add salt, pepper and flour it.
Brown the slices in 100 g butter bubbling.
Arrange the slices in a pan greased with butter, sprinkled with butter and a little lemon juice.
Add chopped parsley, a pinch of salt, sprinkle with a handful of Parmesan cheese and spread on the surface of butter flakes.
Boil the asparagus in salted water draining to the tooth.
Saute it in a pan with a knob of butter, add salt and pepper.
Put them in a radial pattern on the fish with the points outwards and passed in the oven to bake.
