Cremolato veal shanks
Instructions
Flour the Veal Shanks and brown them in a pan with oil and butter.
Add the tomatoes, dilute with a glass of hot broth and add salt.
A few minutes before the end of cooking sprinkle with grated lemon peel, add to pan left and served well.

- 4 veal veal shanks
- 1 onion
- 200 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- Flour
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Salt
- Meat broth
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 30 g of butter
