Turkey veal shanks
Instructions
Place the cold Veal Shanks in a saucepan and cover them with a mixture composed of tomatoes, onion, carrot.
Put on the heat and bring to the right temperature; Add the white wine, close the lid and Cook 20 minutes.
When serving add to cooking the chopped parsley.

- 8 turkey veal shanks
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 sprig of parsley
- White wine
- Salt
- Pepper
