Instructions
In flour put grated Zucchini, chopped olives, the yeast dissolved in a little warm milk, salt and pepper.

Let rise until double in volume.
Work on it yet, put it on the greased plate, give him a loaf of bread, cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 220 degrees.
