Instructions
Cut the bread into small pieces and put it in a saucepan covered by one liter and a half of broth.
Add two tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt, cinnamon and nutmeg and let marinate for an hour.
Put the saucepan on the heat and cook for 30 minutes, stirring often.
When the mixture is creamy scodellatelo after having incorporated the grated Parmesan.

- 300 g of stale bread
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 150 cl of beef broth
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
