Instructions
Dissolve yeast and sugar in 50 ml of warm water.
Leave for 15 minutes, stirring every so often until abundant lather appears.
Sift the flour into a large bowl, arrange a fountain and pour in the dissolved yeast, fennel seeds, salt, parsley and finely chopped thyme.
Mix everything with the help of a fork, gradually adding milk, 100 ml of lukewarm water and oil.
Knead the dough on the table for at least 10 minutes, stretch with his fists closed, riavvolgendolo and shut down on the table.
