Instructions
In approximately 400 g of lightly salted boiling water, immerse the pastina.
Boil, stirring with a fork, for 5-6 minutes.
Drain and season with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 spoon of grated Parmesan and fresh ripe tomato sauce passed to colander.
