French potatoes
Instructions
Peel, wash and do touch the potatoes, put them to stand for a few minutes in a pan large enough that will have been warmed a clove of minced garlic in butter.
Season with salt and pepper, then add two ramaioli of boiling broth if they weren't enough, add more during cooking.
Cook over low heat, turning often and gently so that the potatoes do not sfacciano too.
Just before turning off the heat, add a handful of chopped parsley (also coarsely with a knife) and give it one last shot.
Serve hot.
