Penne with artichokes (2)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut them into wedges and throw them in water acidulated with lemon juice.
In a pan heat oil and butter, then add the garlic and artichokes and season.
Add chopped mortadella and, after 5 minutes, sprinkle with a little white wine.
Add salt, pepper and cook for 20 minutes basting with hot broth.
Whisk the gravy and put it back on the fire by adding 20 grams of butter and stir well.
Drizzle with the sauce penne cooked al dente.

- 500 g of type pasta penne
- 4 artichokes
- 100 g of mortadella
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Lemon juice
- White wine
- Broth
- Salt
- Pepper
