Penne with ricotta cheese and salami
Instructions
Pass through a sieve the ricotta, add the Parmesan cheese, a pinch of pepper and salt.
Brown lightly with butter and Sage sausage.
Discard Sage and combine the ricotta cheese mixture.
Then mix with the cream and 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.
Drain the pasta and dress with the sauce.

- 400 g of type pasta penne
- 200 g of ricotta
- 30 g of butter
- 60 g of raw chopped salami
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 3 leaves sage
- 20 cl of cream
- Pepper
- Salt
