Sicilian stuffed peppers
Instructions
Open the peppers on top by removing the stem and empty.
Moisten the crumb, and it just with 3 peeled and cut into small pieces, 1 tablespoon capers, chopped olives, chopped parsley, chopped anchovies, salt, pepper and grated pecorino cheese.
Combine the oil and mix well.
Fill the peppers with the filling.
In a pan put the oil and the remaining chopped tomatoes, place peppers upright and bake at 150 degrees for 1 hour.
Drizzle with cooking.

- 4 green peppers
- 600 g of ripe tomatoes
- 300 g of breadcrumbs
- 70 g of cheese
- 50 g of sicilian green olives
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 2 anchovies
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
