Pickled peppers (2)
Instructions
Wash thoroughly the peppers, remove the seeds, cores and threads, then cut them into strips.
In a pot put the vinegar and water, add the tomatoes, onion, salt and cook.
As soon as you have a boil, immerse the peppers, flavored with pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Put the peppers in jars and cover with cooking liquid; Add some basil leaves and let cool.
Close tightly and stored.

- 500 g of sweet yellow peppers
- 500 g of red peppers
- 50 cl of white wine vinegar
- 200 g of ripe tomatoes
- 50 cl of water
- 1 onion
