Pickled peppers (Peperoni Sott'olio)
Instructions
Take peppers sodi, wash, remove core and seeds and cut them into thin strips.
Simmer in a saucepan with vinegar 100 cl 100 cl of water and salt, bring to a boil and throw yourself through switch the peppers.
Cook for a few minutes then drain and let cool.
Place in jars, pressing well, adding garlic, chilli and parsley.

- 1000 g of sweet yellow peppers
- 1000 g of red peppers
- 100 cl of wine vinegar
- 8 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Hot pepper
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
